Should cellular or portable phones be banned in the car?
Researcher at Harvard University say that people talking on cell phones while driving are responsible for about 6% of car accidents in America. Each year, an estimated 2,600 people are killed and an additional 330,000 are injured in cell phone related car wrecks.
